Solution:
- To copy the contents of DVD to your computer’s hard drive
- To explore the content to find \\Prerequisite Components\\Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Express folder
- Right-click on the SQLEXPR.EXE file Property -> Compatibility and set the Compatibility Mode to the previous O.S. version
- I suggest you to set the Compatibility Mode also for the Autorun.exe file in the main folder.
